At Bestagents, we want you to be thrilled about your membership together with the exclusive guaranteed rights you’ve secured to your Exclusive Business Area (EBA). If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from us and need to return it, we’re here to help.

Returns Policy

Membership: Your membership is not a physical item so it’s not something you can ‘return’. You do however, enjoy a 30 day money back guarantee from the date you first selected your EBA, made your first payment and joined Bestagents. If you wish to cancel your membership during this time here’s what needs to happen:

  1. Send an email to support@bestagentsinc.com within 30 days of joining Bestagents telling us you wish to cancel your membership.
  2. Return any physical items received with your membership to our North American head office: 7 Alpine Drive Oro Medonte Ontario Canada L0K1N0

Please note your membership ceases the day you cancel. Our Terms and Conditions include heavy penalties for continued use after a member has cancelled their membership.

Physical product or item: If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased or received, please email us at support@bestagentsinc.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund. You have a 30 day money back guarantee on all items purchased through either our store or as a member. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • Cash payments will be refunded in the form of an electronic transfer within 10 calendar days of receipt of the returned package.
